Inquiry forms request name, country of residence, optional nationality, property preferences, budget range, delivery, payment preference, timeline and contact details. Optional notes and preferred contact times may also be included. Do not submit identity documents or financial account details in this form.
Why it is used
The information is used to respond, clarify requirements and support your inquiry. Relevant details may be shared with the appropriate official company destination only where you permit inquiry routing. Optional marketing permission is separate.
Inquiry handling
Inquiries are delivered to the platform operator’s designated mailbox. Contact the public email info@owestegypt.com for access, correction, deletion or consent withdrawal requests. Retention is limited to the inquiry purpose and applicable obligations; deletion requests are reviewed by the operator.
Device storage
Saved option IDs and comparison choices are stored on your device. Buyer-profile preferences are temporarily stored for your inquiry journey. Optional analytics and advertising require your cookie permission. Contact details are not sent in analytics events.
Google Analytics
When you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits and interactions such as inquiry submissions and contact button clicks. Google processes device and usage data to provide these reports. We do not send form names, email addresses, phone numbers or messages to Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. You can withdraw permission through Cookie preferences.

Security and service providers
Hosting and email services process information as part of operating the site. The form uses validation, CSRF protection and rate limiting; no system can promise absolute security.
Scope
