About the developer relationship
El Gouna is a destination developed by Orascom Development. Our platform provides independent property information and inquiry support; it does not act as Orascom Development or an official sales office.
For a primary purchase
Verify the appropriate official company destination and its transaction instructions. That party handles current availability, reservations, contracts and property payments.
