The platform may promote its information and inquiry services through advertising. An advertisement does not establish property availability, ownership rights or return.
Priority resale
If paid priority visibility is introduced, its placement must be identified and its terms disclosed. Payment must not bypass owner verification. No paid priority ordering is enabled at launch.
